SOCIETY OF UROLOGICAL NURSES WESTERN AUSTRALIA

SUNWA was formed in 1994 as a special
interest nursing association for nurses interested
in, or working in the specialty of Urology Nursing.

OUR AIM
The Society of Urological Nurses Western
Australia has been established with the aim
of promoting a communication network for
those nurses and health professionals with
a special interest in urology

This Society will provide a forum for education,
research and the sharing of ideas and information.
It will endeavor to promote the highest standards
of practice in urological nursing.

OUR OBJECTIVES
The Society of Urological Nurses Western Australia
supports the following objectives:

To provide a Corporate identity for those concerned with the care of people requiring urological intervention
To provide opportunity for Members to meet together for the purpose of discussing matters of a common interest
To increase knowledge by educational events both within the community and professional fields
To stimulate Research activity and disseminate Research findings
To act as a Resource Group
